2005 Rule Announcement - Modifieds & Stock Cars

Due to the lack of sufficient notice of our race program running as an independent class for the modified and stock car classes, we have made the decision to leave the 2004 rules intact. If your car was legal in 2004 it will be legal in 2005. For those of you who have made changes to your cars based on the 2005 rule changes from our former sanctioning body, those changes will be deemed legal as well. The only change/addition will we have at this time is to the claim rule.

We reserve the right to make changes to these rules for the betterment of the sport, cost efficiency and safety at anytime during the 2005 racing season.

For both modifieds and stock cars the claim rule will be as follows:

CLAIM RULE:

Any sabotage discovered in removal of a claimed engine will result in suspension from track for remainder of season.
